The Conference Dining Room offers a variety of delicious,
cooked-to-order items served in a buffet-style setting. An open
kitchen serves as the room’s focal point – providing a
bird’s eye view of the culinary staff preparing an array of
flavorful American selections. The menu varies daily to satisfy the
tastes of all guests.
Brightly colored walls and furnishings create a vibrant
atmosphere for conference diners, who can enjoy savory pizzas and
calzones cooked in a woodfire oven, or choose pastas, stir-frys,
