Blue Door Restaurant

Located in an alcove off the main Lobby, Blue Sea is the obvious choice for a casual meal served in a cozy setting.

Poolside Bistro

Steps from the ocean, dining by the pool is the perfect spot for a quick bite or refreshing drink from sunrise to sunset. The casual but stylish poolside bistro serves an imaginative menu of mediterranean style appetizers and tapas, grilled fresh seafood and meats. No reservations are required.

Rose Bar

The Rose Bar is a glamorous and sophisticated space with upholstered rose-colored walls, and custom Venetian chandeliers. It is the perfect spot for a drink and quiet conversation, and the ideal perch for lobby people-watching.

Cocktail service is offered in a relaxed setting, from the Lobby Lounge to the outdoor terrace. A light food menu is also available.

The Florida Room

The irresistible allure of mid-century Miami Beach nightlife returns to the city in The Florida Room at Delano. A dazzling collaboration between Morgans Hotel Group and Kravitz Design, The Florida Room is a modern-day piano lounge inspired by a classic period of South Floridian glamour.

The focal point of The Florida Room is a Lucite grand piano which has already been played by music legends like Lenny Kravitz and Jamie Foxx. Sparkling subtly beneath the smoky-bronze mirrored ceiling and custom-designed chandeliers, the piano sets the stage for live performances mid-evening and premier international DJ talent into the late night hours.

From the custom furnishings to the over thirty exclusively handcrafted specialty cocktails imbued with a Cuban/Latin feel, The Florida Room is an intimate speakeasy that evokes a bygone era while being a thoroughly fresh addition to Miami Beach and the iconic Delano.
