The Utes discovered the healing power of the Hot Springs, and to this day, Pagosa welcomes travelers looking to soak away whatever might be plaguing them. The area offers numerous recreational opportunities within thirty minutes or less of the charming town of Pagosa Springs. In the vast playground of Colorado's largest wilderness area, Weminuche Wilderness, you will be able to experience hiking, fishing, biking, rafting, camping, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and horseback riding or quietly enjoy viewing abundant wildlife. Don't forget your camera. Some provide unique hiking challenges and all provide exquisite photographic opportunities. There is a USD 45.00 damage fee per stay that is non-refundable. There is also a one time cleaning fee of USD 100.00 that is collected upon check-in. The Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. We set out a packet in a box next to our front door that has the tenant's name on it with keys. There is also an emergency number to reach someone who can be there within 5 minutes to help.
