 The Clarendon Inn Bed and Breakfast is perfectly located in the
heart of Historic Downtown Wilmington. Just step from the front
door, guests will enjoy a day of sightseeing, shopping, live
thearter, dinner at an extraordinary restaurant, the River Walk,
and a choice of tours rich with Wilmington's colonial past. This
unique property, originally built in 1950, housed a Catholic school
for nearly 50 years. The Inn has just been completely transformed
in to an elegant, full service hotel with 11 rooms adorned with a
business center, meeting room, and a hospitality suite that may
host wedding parties, meetings and other events. A complimentary
breakfast is served each morning either in the guests' room, the
lobby, or the patio.
We have a policy of not allowing children under 14 to stay at
the Inn unless the guest has booked the entire Inn for a special
event.
